The COMET Academy

The COMET Academy is a five-week intensive program for community members who want to learn more about how The COMET is financed, structured and operated. The program explores ways The COMET serves existing passengers, cultivates new riders and adapts services to a changing community. Upon graduation, attendees will have sampled technologies, traveled on buses and learned about the inner workings of a transit agency. The goal of The COMET Academy is to create champions who serve as a resource and can connect others with The COMET’s services to ultimately increase the understanding and support of The COMET throughout the community. We're always looking for community members who are interested in becoming future COMET Academy grads!
