Request for Pass Donations
The COMET is committed to being a strong contributor in the local community. We support non-profits whose missions are consistent with The COMET.
Request for pass donations from The COMET will be considered if the donation is to be used by a qualifying charitable organization. Your organization must be a non-profit, designated as exempt under Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3) with a valid, current tax ID number. The maximum number of passes donated is 50. Requests for monetary donations will not be considered.
To request a donation, fill out the form below.
Letters of request will be reviewed for consideration and the contact person will be notified of approval or denial. Please note that donations are limited to once per year, per organization if approved.

Donation Restrictions
The COMET does not provide pass donations to the following:
- Individuals or families
- Political organizations
- For-Profit Organizations
- Employee, Student, or Volunteer Incentive Programs
- Any organization that discriminates based on age, race, sex, nationality, sexual orientation, disability, or creed

Submit by Mail
To submit the Charitable Donation Request Form by mail, please download the form below and mail a letter of request on your organization’s letterhead with the completed form, at least 4 weeks in advance of the event to:
